Ingredients
Hibiscus flower (47%), dandelion leaf (15%), heather flower (15%), marigold flower (10%), red clover flower (5%), echinacea flower and herb (4%), couch grass rhizome (2%), citronella.
Preparation
Pour 250ml of boiling water over one tea bag, cover, and let it infuse for 15 minutes.
Recommended dosage
Drink the tea warm once or twice a day. Follow the course twice a year, each time for a period of 6 weeks.
