Use:
Drop 3-5 drops into an aroma lamp or diffuser. For a fragrant massage, add a few drops of essential oil to your favourite vegetable oil (1 drop per 5 ml of oil).
Warning:
Never apply essential oils undiluted directly to the skin, as their high concentration can cause irritation. Nor should you take them internally. Therefore, each essential oil must be carefully diluted in a carrier vegetable oil (such as apricot, olive, sunflower, almond, jojoba and possibly others) for each use. It is important to keep oils out of the reach of children.
