Use:
Use powder shades to define the brow contour and fill in the blanks with soft, short strokes. Apply the lighter shadow to the beginning of the brows at the root of the nose, and use the darker shadow to shape the end of the brows. Apply the lightest shade under the arch of the eyebrow to brighten it. Finish by fixing the brows with a clear wax and finishing with a spiral brush.
