Traditional tea with bergamot
The green (unoxidised) version of the popular traditional Earl Grey tea with bergamot, featuring a delicate, characteristically resinous-citrus taste and aroma.
Ingredients
Green tea 98%, flavouring 2%.
Preparation
For 0.5L of water, use 2 teaspoons of tea. Pour over water at 80°C (let boiled water stand for about 2 minutes). Infuse for 2–3 minutes (depending on the desired strength of the brew). This tea can be infused multiple times (one portion can be re-infused; for each subsequent infusion, increase the water temperature by a few degrees).
