Instructions for preparation: Recommended daily dose 500 ml divided into 2-3 servings per day. For one 266 ml serving, boil 240 ml of fresh drinking water and let it cool in the kettle for about 30 minutes to about 40 °C. Pour the water into the cup. Add 38.5 g (8 aligned scoops) of powder to water using the measuring cup provided. Do not squeeze the powder in the measuring cup. Close the mug and shake it thoroughly (at least 10 seconds) until all the powder is dissolved. Check the temperature of the milk mixture and then serve the prepared batch immediately.
