Natural Fibre to Thicken the Milk
Carob bean gum is a natural fibre that thickens the contents by absorbing water, which helps the contents stay in the stomach. This is the basic dietary recommendation for spitting up.

Sterilise all used utensils and wash your hands thoroughly.

Boil baby water. Let it cool in the kettle for about 30 minutes to approximately 40°C.

Pour the corresponding amount of boiled water (see table on the packaging) into a sterilised baby bottle. Do not use re-boiled water.

Add the corresponding amount of powder to the bottle with water (see table). Always use the enclosed measuring scoop for dosing the baby milk.

Immediately after closing, shake thoroughly for 10 seconds horizontally and 10 seconds vertically. Then wait 3–5 minutes for the milk to thicken. The teat will need a larger hole.

Before serving, check the temperature of the milk mixture by dropping it on the inside of your wrist and then serve.
