Use:
1. When using NEO Elixir alone on damaged and porous hairs: remove decorative cosmetics from the eyebrow area with micellar water, rinse the remaining micellar water from the eyebrows with a cleansing foam or eyebrow shampoo. Apply the composition with a brush on cleaned and prepared eyebrow hairs. To enhance the effect and speed of action of the main ingredients of NEO Elixir, we recommend the use of foil. Duration of action 2-5 minutes. Remove product residue with a cotton swab.
2. Use NEO Elixir during a lamination procedure or long-term eyebrow styling: apply NEO Elixir on the eyebrows after removing the second composition or colour (if colouring is part of the complex). No need to use foil for packaging. Duration of action 2-3 minutes. ⁠Remove any residue first with a dry and then slightly moistened cotton swab. You can also use a third composition for lamination or long-term styling.
