This herbal blend with rosehip and oregano supports respiratory health. Oregano was known in ancient Egypt and Greece, and in Greek mythology, it was a symbol of happiness. Our ancestors also attributed magical powers to it; oregano was believed to be at its most potent when picked on St. John's Day. Plantain, mint and thyme have a beneficial effect on your immunity.

Preparation

Pour boiling water (250ml) over 1 teabag and infuse in a covered container for 5–10 minutes. Drink warm 2–3 times a day. The infusion can be sweetened, preferably with honey or plantain syrup.

Taste and Aroma

The herbal blend has a delicious, naturally sweet taste, which comes mainly from the fennel and linden. The rosehip provides a pleasant freshness. The chestnut-coloured tea has the aroma of oregano, a scent familiar to anyone who uses it in the kitchen, as well as mint, linden flower and thyme.
