LEROS Inner Harmony 20x1.3g

A herbal tea to help find mental, physical and spiritual balance. Tulsi, or holy basil, comes from India and is considered a revitalising agent in traditional Ayurvedic medicine, which strengthens a tired body not only through internal use, but also by its scent alone. The earthy aroma of carrot also brings relaxation in these restless and hectic times, and the mallow flower will enchant you with its calming play of colours. If you're looking for peace at the end of a busy day, this blend is the perfect cup of tea for you.

Preparation and Dosage

Pour boiling water (250ml) over 1 tea bag and leave to infuse in a covered container for 7 to 15 minutes before removing the bag. The tea should be drunk warm. Always prepare it fresh.
1–3 cups per day. Do not exceed the recommended dosage. The recommended duration of use is 3 weeks; the course can be repeated after 2 weeks.

Taste and Aroma

A shorter infusion brings out the intense aroma of the holy basil, while a longer one adds the bitter herbal notes of goat's rue and the sweetness of carrot. When steeped, the tea has the distinct blue colour of the Indian Ocean, which quickly changes to the calming green of the forests beneath the Himalayas.
