The menstrual cup is a modern sanitary device that can be used repeatedly, unlike pads and tampons. It is introduced into the vagina, where it holds thanks to a gentle vacuum. Just introduce it and forget about it - for up to 12 hours. Then you rinse it with water and it is ready to use again. Before the beginning and at the end of menstruation, it is recommended to sterilize the cup by boiling it in water (for about 5 minutes), in a sterilization cup or using Milton sterilization tablets.
The holder can also be completely removed. Use a sharp pair of scissors to cut it short, taking care not to damage the cup. There are no markings, labels or symbols on its inner and outer surface, so maintenance is very easy. The vacuum holes are used for proper functioning.
