Traditional herb in tea
JUKL Spoonbill Tea 50 g is a single-species herbal tea prepared from carefully dried spoonbill flowers. It has a mildly aromatic, slightly pungent taste typical of this traditional herb. Spoonbill is known mainly from folk herbalism and is part of spring and cleansing tea mixtures. The product does not contain any added substances or flavourings. It is suitable for drinking alone or in combination with other herbs.
Ingredients
100% spoonbill (Cochlearia officinalis).
Recommended dosage
It is recommended to drink 1-2 cups per day according to taste and need.
Preparation
Pour 250 ml of boiling water over 1 teaspoon of the herb, leave to infuse for 10-15 minutes and then strain. Drink warm.
