Preparation
Heat 1/2 of the contents of the glass preferably in water. Stir in the vegetables and check the temperature suitable for serving. You can store in the fridge for up to two days after opening, sealed with a lid.

HOLLE recommends to start feeding at the earliest in the 5th month. Start slowly - there is certainly no hurry. Serve soft, single-species vegetable starters first. After 3 to 4 weeks of introducing the first feedings, add non-dairy porridges and meat feedings full of the necessary iron. However, please note that each baby is getting used to it individually, so it's a good idea to start with feedings according to their reactions.
