Water, carrots 17.3%, tomato puree from concentrate 13,3 %, zucchini 12%, bulgur 12%, potatoes, dark trace 4.2%, eggplant 4%, red pepper 4%, Sea stick 4%, onions 3.9%, cornstarch, vegetable oil (rapeseed, sunflower), olive oil, parsley, salt, thyme, bay leaf, pepper.
Preparation
1. Remove the plastic cap and heat in either a water bath or microwave.
2. Heat in a water bath (do not boil) for about 5 min. submerged in water. Cool under cold water. In the microwave: Pierce the foil with a clean fork. Heat at 700-750 W for 30 seconds.
3. Remove the covering foil and mix the contents thoroughly.
4. Check the temperature of the dish and serve immediately.
Storage conditions
Store dry at room temperature (max. 25 °C). Do not store food once heated. Keep the unheated part closed in the refrigerator max. 48 hours.
Notice
