Herbal digestive
In southern France, especially in Provence, it is a good custom to drink herbal teas after meals. The restaurant staff will offer you a choice between mint, linden and most often verveine - lemon verbena or botanically correct aloysia. These herbs were the inspiration for the HERBAL DIGESTIV tea, which pleases all those who do not prefer bitter tastes.
Ingredients
Aloisia trifoliate inflorescence 35 %, mint leaf 35 %, linden flower 30 %.
Preparation
Pour 1/4 litre of boiling water over one sachet and leave to infuse for 15 minutes. The infusion is always prepared fresh.
Recommended dosage
Drink 3 times a day.
