In a bowl or on a spoon
Shake well.
Pour into a bowl or directly on a spoon.

Storage
Store at normal room temperature. Once opened, store in a refrigerator and use within 24 hours. Suitable for infants from the end of the 6th month, unless your doctor tells you otherwise.
