It is a 400 m long roll, from which you unwind the required number of metres, insert it into the cassette and secure it with a knot at the end. This way, you don't have to run to the bin with every nappy and still don't smell any odour. The Sametic package also includes an SKID-2 to quickly fill the cartridge.
