Active ingredients
- Elm meadowsweet (Filipendula ulmaria) supports urine excretion and kidney and urinary tract function.
- Silver birch (Betula pendula) supports detoxification and the function of the urinary tract and kidneys.
- Greater burdock (Arctium lappa) supports the normal condition of joints and cartilage, excretion and cleansing of the body.
Ingredients
Bird's-foot trefoil (Polygonum aviculare), Agropyron repens, Dandelion (Taraxacum officinale), Elm tree (Filipendula ulmaria), White birch (Betula pendula), Chicory (Cichorium intybus), Burdock (Arctium lappa).
Recommended dosage
1-3 cups per day. In the case of three cups a day, drink for 6–8 weeks. If you drink one cup a day, you can drink it for 3-4 months.
Pour 1 teaspoon (2 g) with boiling water (200–250 ml) and let it steep for 10–15 minutes.
