1. INTRODUCTORY PROVISIONS 

Alza.hu Kft. (Company ID: 01-09-286873, Tax ID: 25745849-2-41, registered office: 1134 Budapest, Róbert Károly körút 54-58., hereinafter referred to as "Alza") is organising a marketing campaign titled “Lego Days”, running from 00:01 a.m. on September 29, 2025  to 23:59 p.m. on October 5, 2025 (hereinafter “Campaign Period”). These terms and conditions governing the campaign (hereinafter "Campaign") are published on the website www.alza.hu/lego-napok/y866.htm  

Alza notes that the general advertising terms and conditions published at a www.alza.hu/reklam/ also apply to this Campaign. 

These terms do not constitute a binding offer or a public invitation to enter into a contract.  

     2. TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR CAMPAIGN PARTICIPATION 

The current selection of products participating in the Campaign (hereinafter “Products”) is always available at www.alza.hu/lego-napok/y866.htm 

Alza reserves the right to limit the quantity of certain Products that a single customer may purchase during the Campaign. If such a restriction applies, Alza’s system will automatically prevent the customer from adding more Products to their cart than the permitted purchase quantity for the duration of the Campaign. 

The discounted prices of Campaign Products are automatically displayed next to the Products on Alza’s website.  

Alza declares that the discounted price of Products in the Campaign is calculated from their original price, as defined in detail in Article VII of Alza’s General Terms and Conditions.  

Available stock of certain Products will be allocated among consumers in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Austria, Hungary, and other countries served by Alza.  

Alza reserves the right to modify the selection of discounted Products during the Campaign period. Some Products may be added to or removed from the Campaign gradually, meaning that not all Products are necessarily available at a discounted price throughout the entire Campaign. 

Alza expressly declares that discounts are not redeemable for cash, even in cases where the customer exercises their right of withdrawal. Alza will not refund the value of any discounts in cash to customers who return Products purchased with a discount.   

     3. ORDERS 

Orders for Campaign Products must comply with Alza’s General Terms and Conditions and these Campaign terms. 

Products in the Campaign can only be purchased online. Orders cannot be placed by phone or fax.  

To receive the discount or purchase a Product at a discounted price during the Campaign, the order must be completed and paid for – simply placing a Product in the cart is not sufficient. In the case of cash on delivery, it is enough to finalise and submit the order to Alza during the Campaign period.  

Discounts offered during the Campaign cannot be combined with any other discounts available on www.alza.hu.   

The customer acknowledges that if an order for Products in the Campaign is not completed within 60 minutes of adding them to the cart, the order process will be automatically terminated, and Alza will remove the selected Products from the cart. 

      4. FINAL PROVISIONS 

Alza is not liable for errors caused by third parties (e.g., internet service providers), including but not limited to delays in electronic message transmission. 

Alza reserves the right to modify these Terms or terminate the Campaign at any time. 

Participants are not entitled to reimbursement of any additional costs incurred in connection with participation in the Campaign. Alza excludes any liability for damages, compensation, or loss resulting from participation in the Campaign, including but not limited to errors, malfunctions, delays, or shortcomings related to the Campaign. By participating, participants waive any claims against Alza or any third parties regarding the management of the Campaign or the discounts provided. 

These Campaign rules come into effect on the date they are published and remain valid from that time. In the event of discrepancies between different versions of the Campaign rules, the version published on www.alza.hu shall prevail and be considered legally binding.
