The Magnet Shadow 205 two-way tower speakers are constructed using high quality MDF. They feature a 170mm FE Dynamics bass-midrange driver with rubber-coated paper diaphragm and ventilated voice-coil. They are placed in fibre-reinforced ABS baskets. The outer part of the basket and the flanges are also finished in an exclusive metallic look. The tweeter is a newly developed 30mm fmax design. It also features a specially shaped bass reflex design that minimises airflow noise.
The strong mid-range woofer is perfectly supported by the well-tuned tweeter with wide radiation. The sound is optimised for Klippel, which Magnat owns and uses in the development of all its components. The system is equipped with screw connectors for bi-wiring or bi-amping, as well as a baffle in high-gloss lacquering and a removable fabric cover. Rubber feet and metal spikes are also included.
