From the hob to the table

The body of the roasting dish is made from cast iron, which distributes heat evenly across the entire surface and retains it for a long time. This means food is cooked efficiently and stays warm even after being removed from the hob. The inner layer of enamel prevents burning and makes cleaning, which should be done by hand, much easier. The roasting dish works on gas, electric and ceramic hobs, or on an induction plate. After removing it from the oven, you can place it on the wooden serving stand and serve immediately.

Always remove the wooden stand before using in the oven. The roasting dish is not suitable for the dishwasher.
