Durable film for cooking and freezing
The bags are made of a durable 4-layer film with a thickness of 90µm. The outer layer of polyamide (PA) ensures impermeability, while the inner polyethylene (PE) layer is safe for contact with food. This makes the bags suitable for freezer storage and for sous-vide cooking. When cooking, they can withstand temperatures up to 100°C for 15 minutes or up to 70°C for 6 hours. After use, they can be washed by hand and reused, although reuse is not recommended for raw meat and fatty foods.
