Kolimax Spit pan with glass lid Professional 26cm, 4,5l

The KOLIMAX Professional saucepan has a 4.5L capacity and is made from CrNi18/10 food-grade stainless steel. It is suitable for all hob types, including induction, and is designed for preparing sauces, soups and side dishes. The cookware has a wide pouring rim and internal litre markings for precise measuring. The package also includes a toughened glass lid with a steam vent. It can be washed in the dishwasher, including the lid.

Construction and materials

The A-THERM INDUCTION sandwich base ensures efficient and even heat distribution across the entire surface, which reduces localised burning and helps save energy. The entire pan is made of CrNi18/10 stainless steel, which is resistant to corrosion and food acids. The all-metal handles have interrupted thermal bridges that minimise heat transfer and stay cool during cooking. The outer surface has a high-gloss finish.

Practical features and maintenance

The wide pouring rim makes it easy to pour out the contents without dripping onto the outer walls of the pan. Inside, you will find litre markings that make it easy to measure liquids directly while cooking. A toughened glass lid is included, whose steam vent releases excess steam for seamless control over your cooking. The construction can easily handle baking in the oven at temperatures up to 300°C and subsequent washing in the dishwasher.
