In addition, it features an Electronic Power Control (EPC) system that displays the current load and helps you optimise the shredding of up to 13 sheets of paper at once without jamming. The KOBRA 245 TS C2 also handles transparent materials and credit card shredding, ensuring comprehensive document disposal.
Reliable P-5 security and data protection
Document security is ensured in the 245 TS C2 model by cross-cut (confetti-cut) shredding, which meets security level DIN P-5. This level is ideal for the office disposal of internal data, such as internal documents and sensitive information. The machine handles paper as well as transparent materials and credit cards. Operator safety is paramount: gentle pressure on the safety element immediately stops the paper feed. In addition, the KOBRA 245 TS C2 machine features an automatic Start/Stop system and light signals for a full container or open door.
KOBRA 245 TS C2 is durable and economical
The heart of the machine is the hardened carbon steel cutting blades, which are designed for heavy duty and are immune to staples. An oil indicator warns the operator when the cutting blades need oiling. For shredders with automatic lubrication, the indicator lights up when the oil reservoir is empty. Energy savings are ensured by the patented Energy Smart system, which automatically switches the machine to energy-saving standby mode after a few seconds of inactivity. For maximum efficiency, the KOBRA 245 TS C2 shredder automatically disconnects from the mains after prolonged inactivity, achieving zero consumption.
