The KINGHOFF KH-1149 meat thermometer is used for measuring the temperature of meat, meals and other foods during preparation. It features a steel probe with a sharpened tip for quick and convenient measurement. The measured value is shown on an easy-to-read LCD display. The thermometer can display the temperature in both Celsius and Fahrenheit. The measuring range is from -20 to +200°C. An accurate temperature reading is available within 5 to 7 seconds. A protective cover protects the probe during storage, and a clip on the cover lets you hang it on the edge of a container. The probe length is 12.5cm and the total length of the thermometer is 18cm. It is powered by an LR44 battery, which is included in the package.
