Kensington for 14"
Kensington 2-way removable privacy screen filter for 14" 16:9 laptops
The Kensington 2-way removable privacy screen filter for 14" 16:9 laptops provides the ideal solution for protecting your sensitive data from prying eyes. This filter not only narrows the viewing angle to ensure only the person directly in front of the screen can see it, but also offers additional features to enhance your working comfort. The anti-glare and blue light filter reduces eye strain and supports your natural sleep rhythm, which is essential when working long hours on various devices and in different lighting conditions.
- Privacy protection: Narrows the field of vision to ±30°. Only you see the on-screen content, keeping curious onlookers at bay.
- Eye comfort: Reduces glare and blue light, making it ideal for long working days.
- Compatibility: Suitable for 14" (16:9) laptops, including touchscreen models.
- Screen protection: Adds an extra layer to prevent scratches and damage to the display.
- Easy to attach and remove: Mounting tabs allow for repeated attachment and removal, or you can use adhesive tape for a cleaner look.
- Reversible design: The matte side reduces glare and fingerprints, while the glossy side ensures a clear image.
Limited viewing angle
With a ±30° viewing angle, our privacy filters ensure that your on-screen content remains perfectly protected from prying eyes and is only visible to the person directly in front of the monitor. This feature is ideal for working in open-plan offices, public spaces or while travelling, where data privacy is crucial. This protection lets you work securely with sensitive information without worrying about exposing it to unauthorised people.
Anti-glare and blue light filter
The built-in anti-glare and blue light filter not only effectively relieves eye strain during long-term monitor use, but also helps protect your eyesight from the harmful effects of emitted blue light. This technology helps minimise the risk of unpleasant eye strain and headaches, while reducing the likelihood of disrupting your natural sleep cycle, which is often negatively affected by exposure to blue light in the evening. This results in more comfortable working conditions and supports healthy, quality rest.
Touchscreen laptop compatibility
The Kensington privacy filter is fully compatible with touchscreen laptops. Use modern devices with fingers and gestures without restriction.
Two installation options
Mounting tabs allow for repeated attachment and removal, or you can use adhesive tape for a cleaner look.
Low-reflective coating
A special low-reflective coating reduces glare from external light sources, improving screen readability and image clarity.
Reversible design
One side of the filter features a matte finish that effectively reduces glare and minimises the visibility of fingerprints, ensuring better screen readability even in challenging lighting conditions. This side is ideal for working in high-intensity light environments, such as offices with large windows or outdoors. The other side is glossy, which increases colour saturation and provides a brighter, more detailed image, making it suitable for activities where accurate image reproduction is important, such as graphic design or watching videos. The choice between these two finishes lets you customise the filter to suit your current needs and environment.
High scratch resistance
The durable surface of the filter resists scratches and other mechanical damage during daily use. Tested up to 2H hardness, it easily withstands contact with hard objects such as pens or other office supplies. This high durability not only extends the lifespan of the filter, but also provides reliable protection for your screen against unwanted scratches, scuffs or other signs of wear. This makes it the ideal choice for demanding work environments with frequent device handling, or for users who value long-term aesthetics and functionality.
