The PROFI LINE knife was designed and tested for heavy duty industrial applications and meets today's high hygiene requirements. It is, therefore, suitable for professionals, but it can also be found in kitchens of normal households. The blade is made of high-quality stainless steel N6MoV with molybdenum and vanadium added, which extends the life of the blade and allows for a higher hardness (54-56 HRc). The modern ergonomic handle reduces labour stress while maintaining maximum safety. The knife can be washed in a dishwasher.
