Butcher knife made of high-quality stainless steel T5MoV with molybdenum and vanadium additives which improves the blade's edge lifetime and achieves higher hardness (54 – 56HRc). The handle is made of hard and tough exotic Bubinga wood (African jacaranda). The knife is for normal use in households as well as for professional use. Knife's longevity is ensured by avoiding dishwashers. It is recommended to hand-wash it with soap and wipe it dry with a dishcloth.
