Recommended Dosage
Adults:
Allow 1 lozenge to dissolve in the mouth daily.
Take a few hours before or after taking other supplements and medicines.
Dosage according to EU legislation, consult a doctor about any dosage adjustments.

Zinc supplementation can cause a copper deficiency. Pregnant and breastfeeding women are advised to consult a doctor before taking this product. Do not use if you are allergic to the Asteraceae family; if irritation (allergy) occurs, discontinue use. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage.
