Vitamin B12 contributes to a normal energy-yielding metabolism, to the normal functioning of the nervous system and to the normal function of the immune system. It also contributes to normal homocysteine metabolism and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. It contributes to normal red blood cell formation and has a role in the process of cell division.

Recommended Dosage
