Omega-3 EXTRA Strength
Contains essential fatty acids derived from anchovies, sardines and mackerel. DHA contributes to correct brain function and good vision. EPA and DHA support optimal heart function, have a positive effect on the LDL/HDL cholesterol ratio and have long-term anti-inflammatory effects. (The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 250mg of EPA and DHA.) No fishy aftertaste.

Recommended Dosage
Adults:
1–4 capsules daily.
Warning
Do not exceed the recommended dosage. Do not use as a substitute for a varied diet.
