EPA and DHA contribute to the normal function of the heart, brain and vision. Alpha-linolenic and linoleic acids contribute to the maintenance of normal blood cholesterol levels. Borage oil accelerates the healing of mucous membranes and skin. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 250mg of EPA and DHA. Recommended Dosage
