Multi Complete MAX Strength
A super-complex multivitamin that contributes to the normal function of the immune system (vitamins C, B12, B6, folate, Zn), to the protection of cells from oxidative stress (vitamins C, E, B2, Zn), and to the normal functioning of the nervous system (vitamins B1, B2, B6, B12, niacin, biotin, Mg). Pantothenic acid contributes to normal mental performance.

Recommended Dosage
Adults:
1 tablet 1× daily with a meal.
Take a few hours before or after taking other medicines or supplements.
Warning
Not suitable for children, pregnant or breastfeeding women. The iron content in this supplement poses a serious risk of harm to children's health. Consult a doctor if you are taking medication for high blood pressure and/or have a hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients. Do not exceed the recommended dosage. Do not use as a substitute for a varied diet.
