Vitamin A helps maintain good vision. Vitamin C contributes to the normal function of the immune system and the normal function and permeability of blood vessels. Vitamins C and E contribute to the protection of cells from oxidative stress. Folic acid and niacin help with exhaustion and fatigue. Vitamin D is needed for healthy growth and maintenance of healthy bones and teeth and for the proper functioning of the immune system and muscles. Also recommended by doctors during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Gluten-free, with no artificial flavours or colours.

Recommended dosage
Adults:
1 chewable tablet daily with food.
Take a few hours before or after taking other food supplements or medicines.
Warning
For the risk of iron overdose. If you are taking medication for high blood pressure, blood clotting and/or if you have a hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients, consult a doctor. Do not exceed the recommended dosage. Do not use as a substitute for a varied diet. Due to the presence of natural ingredients, the colour of the tablets may vary.
