Vitamin D contributes to the correct absorption and use of calcium and phosphorus, to the healthy growth and maintenance of healthy bones and teeth, and to the proper functioning of the immune system and muscles.

Recommended dosage
Adults:
1 tablet daily.
Warning
Not intended for children. Consult a doctor if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Diarrhoea may occur in isolated cases. Do not exceed the recommended dosage. Do not use as a substitute for a varied diet.
