Magnesium helps to reduce tiredness and fatigue, and contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system, normal psychological function, normal muscle function, and the maintenance of normal bones and teeth. It has a role in the process of cell division and contributes to normal protein synthesis.

Recommended Dosage
Adults:
1 tablet daily with food, or as directed by a physician.
Warning
Not suitable for children. Pregnant and breast-feeding women should consult a physician before use. In rare cases, digestive problems, such as diarrhoea, may occur. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage.
