Recommended dosage
Adults, adolescents and children from 6 years of age:
1 capsule daily with food.
Children from 3 to 5 years of age under parental supervision:
Empty the contents of 1 capsule 1× daily into food, yoghurt, etc. and stir until the powder dissolves.
Do not add to hot food or drink. Take at least 2–3 hours before or after taking antibiotics.
Warning
Discontinue use and consult a doctor if digestive problems occur, worsen or persist for more than three days. Consult a doctor before using the supplement if you experience fever, vomiting, bloody diarrhoea, or severe abdominal pain. Do not use if you have an immune-compromised condition (e.g. AIDS, lymphoma, long-term corticosteroid treatment). Do not exceed the recommended dosage. Do not use as a substitute for a varied diet.

Store in a dry place at 15–25°C, out of the reach of small children.
