Recommended dosage
Adults: 1 capsule daily.
Warning
Not suitable for children. Pregnant and breastfeeding women should consult a doctor before using supplements. Also, consult a doctor if you are undergoing anticoagulant therapy, taking medication to reduce stomach acid production, if symptoms or problems persist or worsen, or if you have gallstones, bile duct obstruction, or stomach ulcers. Do not exceed the recommended dosage. Do not use as a substitute for a varied diet.
