INOFOLIC® Premium
A dietary supplement for women based on myo-inositol, alpha-lactalbumin and folic acid, which contributes to the growth of germ tissues during pregnancy. Suitable in case of increased need for myo-inositol and folic acid. The contained alpha-lactalbumin ensures better absorption of myo-inositol.
Active ingredients
- Myo-inositol: belongs to the group of B vitamins, which occurs naturally in the human body.
- Folic acid: is a water-soluble vitamin belonging to the B vitamin group. It contributes to the growth of germ tissues during pregnancy, to normal blood formation and is involved in the process of cell division.
- Alpha-lactalbumin: is the dominant protein component of breast milk, accounting for up to 25% of the total protein found in human breast milk. Increases the absorption of myo-inositol.

Recommended dosage
Recommended daily dose 1 sachet twice a day in the morning and in the evening (total 4 g of myo-inositol per day), preferably one sachet after twelve hours to ensure a constant intake of myo-inositol. The optimal administration period is at least 2-3 months. Dissolve the contents of the sachet in a glass of water (200 ml) and drink. If your doctor has recommended a dosage, follow it.
It can be started on any day regardless of the menstrual cycle. In the event of pregnancy, it is not necessary to discontinue the use of Inofolic Premium and it is possible to continue taking it throughout pregnancy - consult your gynaecologist about the suitability and benefits in the event of pregnancy.
