INOFOLIC® Combi PREMIUM is a dietary supplement for women based on myo-inositol, alpha-lactalbumin, d-chiro-inositol and folic acid, which contributes to the growth of germinal tissues during pregnancy. Suitable in case of increased need for myo-inositol and folic acid. The contained alpha-lactalbumin ensures better absorption of myo-inositol. The form of soft gel capsules ensures optimal availability and absorption of all ingredients of the product.
Active ingredients
- Myo-inositol and d-chiro-inositol: belongs to the group of B vitamins, which occurs naturally in the human body. In human cells, myo-inositol is the most abundant, accounting for more than 99%, with the remainder being d-chiro-inositol.
- Folic acid: a water-soluble vitamin belonging to the B vitamin group. It contributes to the growth of germ tissues during pregnancy, to normal blood formation and is involved in the process of cell division.
- Alpha-lactalbumin: is the dominant protein component of breast milk, accounting for up to 25% of the total protein found in human breast milk. Increases the absorption of myo-inositol.

Myo-inositol; soybean oil; edible gelatin; moisturising agent: glycerol; emulsifiers: soy lecithin, polyglycerol-polyricin-oleate; medium saturated tricylglycerols; stabilizers: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids; alpha-lactalbumin; d-chiro-inositol; dyes: oxides and hydroxides of iron; folic acid (pteroylmonoglutamic acid). INOFOLIC® Combi Premium is available in the form of soft gel capsules, which provide the optimal amount of d-chiro-inositol in a 40:1 ratio (myo-inositol: D-chiro-inositol). This specific ratio occurs naturally in human plasma.
Recommended dosage
The recommended daily dose is 2 capsules (1100 mg myo-inositol, 28.2 mg alpha-lactalbumin, 27.6 mg d-chiro-inositol and 400 µg folic acid). If your doctor has recommended a dosage, follow it.
It can be started on any day regardless of the menstrual cycle. In the event of pregnancy, it is not necessary to discontinue the use of Inofolic Combi Premium and it is possible to continue taking it throughout pregnancy - consult your gynaecologist about the suitability and benefits in the event of pregnancy.
