Detailed picture with modern compression
The 1/2.7" Progressive CMOS sensor provides a clear image at 2304 × 1296 resolution with a frame rate of up to 30 FPS. The fixed lens with a 3.6mm focal length captures the scene at a horizontal angle of 86.5° and a vertical angle of 44.5°. For efficient data flow management, the camera uses economical H.265 and H.264 encoding, which significantly reduces storage capacity requirements while maintaining high recording quality.
Reliable infrared night vision
Property protection continues uninterrupted after dark thanks to the integrated infrared illuminator. The device automatically activates invisible IR LEDs that reliably illuminate the area in front of the lens. Night vision reaches a distance of up to 10m, which is perfectly sufficient for monitoring standard residential and office rooms in complete darkness.
Smart tracking and instant alerts
Integrated artificial intelligence algorithms accurately recognise human figures in the field of view and reduce false alarms. The Smart Tracking function automatically pans the lens to follow a detected object, keeping it in the centre of the frame. When the space is breached, the Imou Ranger RC 3MP indoor camera activates a loud built-in siren and immediately sends a security notification to the user's mobile phone.
Two-way audio and quick calling
The body of the device combines a sensitive microphone and speaker for full two-way audio transmission. A unique mechanical One-touch Call button on the front allows household members to initiate a call with the phone's owner with a single press. The system also detects unusual sounds like a baby crying or glass breaking and immediately alerts you to them.
Flexible storage and privacy protection
Recordings can be stored locally on a MicroSD card up to 256GB, sent to an NVR network recorder, or you can use cloud storage. If you are at home and require absolute privacy, simply activate the special mode in the app. The camera will then physically pan its lens downwards and hide it under its own cover.
Connectivity
Wireless network connection is provided by an integrated Wi-Fi module operating in the 2.4GHz band with a range of up to 50m in an open space. All functions are managed and configured via the Imou mobile app in English, which is fully compatible with iOS and Android operating systems.
