The principle of the game Towns on the Palm - Memorial Tree

Palm Towns has very simple rules and is an ideal family game. But even seasoned players will enjoy them, because they provide enough space for tactics and there is no shortage of ingenuity. Each player tries to build a small town on their board. Players acquire individual resources and must place them on their board in the correct pattern to become buildings. The buildings and their combinations then yield victory points. In the extension Towns on the Palm - Memorial Tree every mayor gets a seed. So he has the opportunity to plant a tree and watch it grow. The problem is that the tree will only grow if the seed is in the only free space on the player's board at the end of the game. The expansion contains one new monument card.
