Makeblock mBot2

Makeblock mBot2
Makeblock mBot2 is a modern educational robot that opens the door to the world of technology, robotics and artificial intelligence. The CyberPi control unit, advanced sensors and support for block and text programming make it suitable for school lessons and home exploration of technology. The robot can handle line driving, obstacle avoidance and team tasks, and can be expanded with additional modules for even more uses.

Key features of Makeblock mBot2
- Educational robot for 2nd grade primary and secondary schools
- CyberPi controller with colour display, USB-C, Wi-Fi, microphone and speaker
- Ultrasonic Sensor 2 and Line and colour Sensor for hands-on projects and competitions
- 2 motors with encoders for more precise movement and robot control
- Support for programming in Arduino, mBlock, MicroPython and Scratch
- Wireless communication via Wi-Fi and Bluetooth
- Expandable with mBuild modules, structural parts and smart camera
- Suitable for teaching robotics, programming, logic and creative STEM projects
CyberPi as the smart centre of the whole robot
The heart of the mBot2 robot is CyberPi, compact microcomputer with its own CyberOS system, colour display, Wi-Fi module, with a microphone, speaker and USB-C connector. This makes mBot2 not just a simple robot for first programming, but a versatile platform for interactive learning and technical experiments. Pupils and students can easily move from basic tasks to more challenging projects and gradually develop their programming and automation skills.
Advanced sensors and room for further development
The mBot2 is equipped with a next-generation ultrasonic sensor and an improved line and colour sensor, so it can handle route following, obstacle detection and more accurate colour recognition. Another great advantage is the modular concept, which allows the robot to be further extended with mBuild electronic modules, construction parts or a smart camera for object recognition projects and other advanced tasks. This makes mBot2 suitable for first introduction to robotics as well as for longer-term learning and more complex projects.
