Carcassonne: Bridges and Castles is one of a series of expansions for one of the most successful board games of our time. The tactical game Carcassonne has won a number of prestigious awards and has become a staple not only of family game nights. Players gradually lay out the pieces of the medieval landscape on which they place their pieces to control the towns, roads and fields to score as many points as possible. The Bridges and Castles expansion brings new gameplay elements to the game to enrich the game experience, including bridges, castles and bazaars that allow you to auction off pieces. Carcassonne Expansion: Bridges and Castles is designed for 2-6 players aged 8 and up. One game will take approximately 30-45 minutes to play.

New game elements for greater variability
The Bridges and Castles expansion brings three new gameplay elements to the game. Bridges give players new path building options. Thanks to them, a road that could not be completed until now can be bridged over a town or meadow and continue on. Small towns made up of two pieces of landscape, which until now have not brought much advantage, can be converted into castles. If someone later gains points for closing the area around the castle, the owner of the castle gains the same number of points. The last new component that brings the auction element to the game is the bazaar. Once drawn, the player takes his turn, followed by an auction of randomly drawn landscape cards, which are paid for with victory points.
