The beautiful, rugged and speed-controlled Amewi Buzzard V2 single rotor helicopter now has a handy new 2.4GHz transmitter in Mode 2 (can be switched to Mode 1) including many additional features such as Dual Rate (servo stroke limitation) and Auto Start / Auto Landing. It is a four-channel single-rotor 2.4 GHz RTR model, which is suitable for beginners. The model can be launched automatically by a button on the transmitter, climbs to a base height of approximately 1-1.2 m and hovers there in a naturally stable manner. This allows the pilot to concentrate on basic flight characteristics such as forward/backward and right/left. If the model drifts slightly, this can be corrected with digital trims on the transmitter. In addition, the auto take-off feature eliminates the "ground effect" of the helicopter as it rapidly climbs to its base altitude. Controlling the model at low altitude is therefore difficult.

Landing control and manual modes
Once the pilot controls the functions on the right side of the transmitter, he can concentrate on climb/descent and tail rotation. These functions are on the left lever. To land, simply press the take-off/landing button on the right front of the transmitter again and the helicopter will gently descend to the ground and shut off the engine. Even during the approach to landing, the helicopter remains fully controllable and the landing point can be controlled during descent. However, landing can also be done manually - simply press and hold the throttle until the model touches down and the engine shuts off. Alternatively, manual take-off and gyro calibration at the transmitter is also possible.
Replaceable battery and improved stability
New is the replaceable battery, which now comes in a hard case with a USB charging port and power output for the helicopter. Recharging is no longer possible and battery replacement is much easier with the V2 version. Compared to its predecessor, the flight stability of the model has been increased again. You will need 4× AA batteries for the transmitter to get it working.
