Thermostatic head Evo - The evolution of smart heating
If you've decided to opt for intelligent heating control and instant energy savings then you've made the right choice. The Evo HmIP-eTRV-E wireless thermostatic head from the Homematic IP range with back-lit LED negative display is the ideal solution. The Evo thermostatic head is designed to control and monitor the hot water supply to the radiator body. The temperature change can be changed manually, controlled via one of the Homematic IP wall thermostats or remotely controlled and automated using a mobile app in combination with the Homematic IP Smart Home HmIP-HAP Central Unit.

The hi-tech solution of the Homematic IP thermostatic controllers consists mainly of a unique algorithm and a stepper motor control mechanism. Replacing conventional thermostatic radiator heads, they control room temperature and the heating process according to individual needs, resulting in immediate savings and energy cost reductions of up to 30%. Each Homematic IP head has an integrated temperature sensor. Up to three adjustable heating profiles: the temperature can be controlled in time intervals (up to 6 heating phases per day with individually adjustable temperature).
Use of all functionalities in combination with the central unit
The system becomes truly sophisticated in the combination of the thermostatic head, the HmIP-SWDx window and door sensor and the HmIP-HAP Central Unit, where all system functionalities including intelligent heating prediction for maximum energy savings can be fully utilized. In the mobile app (for Android and iOS in CZ), you can set up to several weekly temperature profiles, different daily temperature increase or decrease modes (per day and room) or a variety of advanced scenarios.

In addition to manual control and remote control via a mobile app, the Homematic IP smart home system, of which the thermostatic heads are part, also offers voice control support and communication with Google Assistant, Amazon Alexa and Home Connect Plus technology. For secure, stable and reliable communication between devices, the system has its own unique radio technology with encrypted security, making it the first smart home system whose protocol, IT and data security are regularly tested and certified by the independent VDE institute.

Easy installation and maintenance-free operation
Homematic IP thermostatic heads can be directly mounted on radiator bodies with M30 x 1.5 mm thread or with the use of the supplied adapters for most standard types of radiator valves (RA, RAV and RAVL - included). Simply remove the existing head and replace with the Homematic IP head. All heads are equipped with built-in valve protection against limescale and frost and are thus ingeniously protected against the risk of calcification or freezing of the radiator valve.
