YATO Digital tape measure 5/40m YT-73122

The YATO YT-73122 digital tape measure combines three tools into one compact body. It gives you a classic steel tape, a laser distance meter, and a cross-line laser. The device is suitable for construction work, interior decorating, and home projects where you need to accurately measure distances, calculate areas, or align objects. The backlit LCD display shows all measured values clearly.

Three tools in one housing

The YATO YT-73122 tape measure conceals three measuring devices. For quick, short measurements, there's a classic 5m long, 19mm wide steel tape with a scale in both millimetres and inches. For longer distances, you can use the laser distance meter with a 40m range and ±2mm accuracy. You can take measurements from the front or back edge of the device and have the results displayed in metres, feet, or inches. The third function is an integrated cross-line laser, which projects lines onto a wall to help with object alignment.

Smart features and practical design

In addition to basic distance measurement, the device also offers advanced functions. It can automatically calculate the area and volume of a room from the measured values or use trigonometric functions for indirect measurements. All results are shown on the backlit LCD display, and you can save up to 20 recent measurements to the internal memory. The housing is made of ABS plastic, and a clip is included for attaching it to a belt. The tape measure also supports measurement addition, audible alerts, and automatic shutdown to save battery life.

Class 2 laser – do not look into the beam. The tape measure is not protected against water (IPX0 protection rating). Operating temperature: 0–40°C. Storage temperature: -10–60°C.
