The Weber Mountain Cooker Smoker is black with an enamelled porcelain surface, which is excellent at accumulating heat and has a long service life. The hatch has an integrated thermometer to inform about the temperature inside, a practical handle and an air regulator. In the central part there are 2 grill grates with a diameter of 47 cm made of high-quality nickel-plated steel placed in two tiers above each other. Thanks to them, you can not only smoke, but also grill at the same time. You can stack side dishes or vegetables on the lower grate and prepare them at the same time as the meat on the upper grate, or smoke a different type of meat on each grate.

Under the grates you will find a container that catches the juices from the meat. You can add water, marinade or beer to the container. This way the food and when smoking it does not dry out. The fuel is applied to a massive fuel grate, with the supply air circulating evenly around the applied fuel.
