SOUDAL T-REX GOLD STRONG adhesive is a high-strength adhesive with extreme initial adhesion. It creates a highly durable, flexible, and waterproof bond. It is weather-resistant and adheres even to damp surfaces. It does not contain solvents and has very low VOC emissions. T-Rex Gold Strong can be applied to a wide range of substrates. T-Rex Gold Strong can be used for bondingnatural stone by applying it to its non-visible side. It is also suitable for all common assembly bonding in the home and on construction sites, structural bonding and sealing of joints in vibrating and dynamically stressed structures, bonding in the automotive industry, bonding of floor moldings, flexible bonding of building elements to most common substrates, bonding mirrors directly to thereflective layer, and bonding decorative cladding or insulation panels.

Workflow

Apply the adhesive with an application gun to one surface in strips (every 15cm) or in dots and press down firmly immediately. When gluing panels, always apply the adhesive to the edges and corners. The joint can be fully loaded after 24 to 48 hours.
Cleaning:
With acetone or white spirit and SWIPEX cleaning wipes; after curing, only mechanically. Application temperature: +5°C to +35°C. Repairs with the same material.
Substrates:
All common surfaces except PP, PE, PTFE, and asphalt. Surface condition: clean, cohesive, free of grease and dust. The product can be applied to most common building materials. The composition of materials (plastics, polycarbonates, plasters, metals, etc.) may vary depending on the manufacturer. It is recommended to always perform a preliminary adhesion test.
Environmental protection clause:
LEED certification: the product complies with LEED requirements. Low-emission adhesives and sealants SCAQMD Rule 1168. Complies with USGBC LEED 2009 Credit 4.1: Low-Emitting Materials - Adhesives and Sealants in terms of VOC content.
Warning:
T-Rex Gold Strong can be painted over with water-based paints. Due to the wide range of paint types, it is always recommended to perform a preliminary compatibility test. T-Rex Gold Strong cannot be used as a glazing sealant. It is not suitable for bonding aquariums. T-Rex Gold Strong can be used for bonding natural stone, but cannot be used as a joint sealant onthis type of surface. Do not use in areas where there is a risk of permanent moisture. Avoid contact of the sealant with bitumen, tar, or other materials that release plasticizers, such as EPDM, neoprene, butyl, etc. The influence of these materials may cause loss of adhesion to the surface.
Storage:
15 months from the date of manufacture in unopened original packaging in a dry and cool place at temperatures between +5°C and +25°C.
