For wood and charcoal
The grill plate is ingeniously heated from the bottom, with the fire below its level, ensuring a temperature of up to 300 °C. However, due to the specific shape of the plate, the heat is not evenly distributed, but rather different temperature zones are created. This allows you to prepare multiple dishes simultaneously, in various degrees of browning, from searing meat to gently heating vegetables. In addition, Remundi fireplaces can burn both conventional wood and charcoal.
You control the intensity of the heat yourself
One of the greatest advantages of the Remundi fireplace is the exclusive air supply control system. With the help of an elegant rod located on the outside, the intensity of the burn and thus the temperature of the grill surface can be infinitely controlled. All components of this system are made of premium grade 1.4301 stainless steel, which guarantees their long service life and resistance to high temperatures and weather conditions. Maintenance of the Remundi fireplace is extremely simple. When the fire is out, simply lift the air inlet control mechanism and use the hole in the bottom of the firebox to dump the ash directly into the prepared bucket.
