PATTEX Repair Express is a universal repair and bonding compound for all types of materials. Suitable for bonding and repairing materials, like wood, metals, ceramics, plastics (except PE, PP and PTFE), glass, bricks, tile, plaster, Cork. After kneading, the mass is ready for use. Cures in 5 minutes. It provides high strength and the fully cured sealant (after 24 hours) can be sanded, polished, drilled, machined and otherwise surface treated. Suitable for bonding bathroom and kitchen accessories such as. towel holders, mirrors, handles, hangers, soap dishes, caulking holes and sealing joints in water pipes and heating.

Before use:
Glued surfaces must be dry, free of dust and grease. Alcohol or acetone can be used for cleaning. If possible, roughen both surfaces over the entire surface. This will improve adhesion.
Application:
It is recommended to wear protective rubber gloves. Cut off the desired piece of sealant with a knife or scissors and remove the plastic film from the part of the sealant you will be applying. Cover the rest. Knead as a modelling compound until the putty is a uniform white colour. The processing time of the mass is max. 3 minutes after mixing the ingredients.
Apply the mass according to the method of use:
Bonding: apply the sealant to one of the surfaces and glue the parts together. For larger pieces, use several pieces of putty.
Cementing: Apply the sealant to the joint or hole and smooth before curing.
Reconstruction: knead the sealant as required and smooth the surface before curing.
Cleaning: Remove any residual material immediately, e.g. with a scraper. Hardened material can only be removed mechanically.
